Took my poorly performing laptop for a diagnostic examination as it had become pretty much unusable. They managed to resolve ithr problem in a matter of hours. They suggested a ram upgrade might be desirable but in the end I opted to do a part exchange on a better specced laptop. I am delighted with it and the standard of service I received. Lovely people to deal with and I would unreservedly recommend them.
