We have started Mail in service to assist people who cannot bring their devices in for repair due long distance, turn arround time for this service is about a week excluding weekends and Bank Hollidays.
Please read the instruction carefully.
- Put your device in a secure package
- Add the package weight in the notes section at checkout
- Please select and pay for your required Mail in option
- We will send you an email with a postage label
- Print and attach the label to the package
- Take the package to the nearest myHermes parcel drop off point
- Upon recieving we will diagnose your device and contact you within 24hrs
- After the repair has been completed we will return the item to your home address
